This page allows you to request a link to your site. In order to qualify you must adhere to the following rules:

1. Your site must be related to Penpal Cafe. For example sites about: penpals, language exchange, friends, snail mail, singles, love, marriage, photo penpals.

2. You must be willing to add a link to Penpal Cafe on your site. The link should be something like this:



3. Automatic submissions are not accepted.

4. Your site must be of high quality and not contain annoying content such as popup ads.
